Subject

This agreement governs the online sale and delivery of the products selected by the buyer, together with the parties’ rights and obligations under consumer law.

Order and delivery

Product characteristics, prices, taxes, delivery costs and payment information are shown before the order is confirmed. Delivery is made to the address supplied by the buyer within the stated period, subject to availability and force majeure.

Withdrawal and refunds

The buyer may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, except for products excluded by law, including certain opened food or hygiene products. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within the legal period.

Disputes

Turkish law applies. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court according to applicable monetary limits.
