Exchange and Return Policy

Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable law. To start a return, contact ZEYKUR by email or phone and provide the order number.

Products must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging. For food products, returns may be restricted where protective packaging has been opened or where hygiene, health or rapid deterioration rules apply.

After the returned product is inspected and accepted, the refund is made through the original payment method within the legal period. Shipping responsibility is determined according to the reason for return and applicable consumer law.
